all I really did after work was lots of stretching.
I might ride one of the exercise bikes today.. or maybe head outside into the wind and rain for a ride.

while I would like to be in better shape overall.. In that post I was referring to biking shape. We have our race in 3 weeks. Some of the other guys that will be racing.. I can beat on snowshoes.. but they have more bike fitness than I.

At last years race.. I did not even race in the A class.. It's not that I minded loosing.. I did not want to get lapped in a short 10 lap race.
I am a little closer to them this year.. but I don't think close enough yet.
This year I do think they are going to have more classes.. The fast people will have their race.. and then there will be a class for us halfast racers....
