Thanks! I did change the profile a little from my first sketches, it was just a little too boxy. I guess I like my trailers like I like my women.. curvy.. lol.

The single color makes it easy to get a decal. I have a vinyl cutting machine so I can make my own decal which is why I chose this design.

I love the profile and how the rear hatch is going to be. Coming along so fast. I really like the grafic too, I have one similar to it from when I use to do glass/mirror etching. Will be watching this build.

Check out the thread on the Cricut. It's a vinyl cutter that is affordable, and available at wally world. Same concept as mine, but about 1/4 the price.

The Cricut wasn't around when I got mine, and I think it's limited in how big a piece it will cut, but for most everyone that wants small graphics, or a name it would be perfect.
My machine will do 10" x 37", or if you're creative you can assemble multiple pieces for larger sizes. I've made hundreds of signs and can even cut heat transfer material to make t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. My machine was almost $800, but has paid for itself over and over again.

Actually, I have the notice posted on my fridge, although I never expected the build to be going this well. I don't know if I can get the whole time off at this late date from work, but I may show up Friday night. I'm working on the trailer right now, took a few days off work to work on it and today at least the weather is cooperating with me. I'm at the point where I'm going to start wiring.
I'm so glad for this forum, because last night I read a thread that said not to use solid copper wire for the 110v. I had never thought of that, and fortunately once again the forums have saved me from making a costly mistake.

I did schedule the time off in June to go to Palin for the New Jersey Chapter meeting.

It was a beautiful day today, and I got to spend most of it working on the trailer, but it doesn't seem like I got all that much done.

got the walls of the galley in...as seen from the inside.


framed out for the back hatch, and test fitted it..


Test fit the entry door and window.. need to enlarge the holes just a bit...

and I cut the hole for the shore power.

I also cut the holes for the interior 110v box, and the galley 110v box, but I didn't take pictures.
I got a call tonight from one of my employees, and he can't make it to work tomorrow, so I have to go in.. no work tomorrow.. sucks to be the boss.
