At this price it would be like you having me build you a custom trailer for $500.00 bucks. How can you pass that up?
I have for sale a 2009 custom made Woodie trailer.
It has;
A two burner stove with a 11lb LP fuel tank.
Sink with a 2 1/2gal under the cabinet water supply and an under the trailer waist line.
Power is supplied by 12v only with two lights and a 12v outlet inside the trailer and a two stage light in the galley. The battery is stored in the center cabinet of the slide out.
The bed is a 4" queen size mattress split down the middle. With zippered removable custom made covers.
The trailer has stabilizer jacks on all four corners.
Matching full size spare tire mounted under the trailer.
The trailer weights in at 1400lb with a tongue weight of 210lb.
The frame is welded up 2"x2"x3/16 angel Iron with a 2 1/2"x 2 1/2" tongue. The coupler is 2".
The axle is a 2000lb flexiride torsion axle.
The dimensions are=
Outside
Width- 7' from tire to tire.
Height- 70 1/2" from ground to top of vent.
Length- 14' 10" can be shortened a little bit.
Inside 58" x 79 1/2"
The frame of the trailer was registered in 2007 and the body and trailer was finished 2009.
More photographs of this trailer can be viewed in my album. Which will show you some of the building processes.
If you have any questions at all feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] I will be more than happy to answer them.

There is a new price on this trailer. The price is $6500.00 And I'll throw in the car cover for free.

Once again if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. Thanks - Wayne Reynolds

Wayne,

I'm an admirer of your work

Must have priced it for a quick sale, seems very reasonable.

The equipment alone does not justify the price. It is the beautiful woodwork that makes up the value of this TD. It is gorgeous. I hope you get a good price for it.

That is one beautiful teardrop. Must be hard to part with after only having it a year!

Having seen this trailer in person last fall, I can tell you it's worth every penny Wayne is asking for it. His craftsmanship is second to none. :worship:

That's art shaped like a teardrop!

Whoever gets this will need barbed wire at their campsite to keep the gawkers away.

Saw this trailer at Sampson Park NY, the Tin can tourist rally, where he got a 1st place trophy...
I was drooling then and I'm drooling now...

Hey Wayne,

Are you coming to the ADK TearUp this year? If so what trailer are you bringing?

That woodie has always been one of my favorites.....

We are definitely going to ADK. And if the Woodie sells we will be taking the Modernistic/cub. If it doesn't sell the Woodie for sure. -Wayne

That is one of the coolest TDs I've ever seen. Being new here, i am probably putting my foot in my mouth, but is there any precedence for prices this high? I mean, a thing is worth whatever one person is willing to pay for it, but that's a lot of money. Have other unique TDs sold for this amount? be nice to me, i'm new here.... (absolutely NO offense intended to the seller, btw)

Just go to a mfg web site (not Lil' Guy) and see what they are asking for their production teardrops. You pay for quality and that teardrop is built with quality. As an example, I wouldn't sale mine for under $10,000.

Danno
It's all about Time and Material. I have three years (on and off) with literally hundreds of hours into this project.
As an example I know I have 90 hour just in sanding from rough wood to last coat of Varnish. At my Workman's wage that comes out to $2250.00 and with a material cost closer to $6000.00 you can see there is no profit in this for me. I can only walk away knowing that I built a very cool trailer. The only reason I'm selling this trailer in the first place is I am a family of three and we need a bigger trailer. I will stop at that. - Wayne

PS Thanks Gage
