Hello Everyone,

I have been an avid reader of this site for a few years and I think is about time for me to introduce myself. My name is Ed Cortes and reside in Palm Bay, Florida, that is in eastern Central Florida about 50 miles south of the Kennedy Space Center. I enjoy reading all the progress and ideas everyone discusses in this wonderful site. I am hoping to build my own teardrop, more specific something similar to the Weekender, but do to work ( I travel internationally extensively) I have not been able to start. I am looking forward to keep reading and maybe add a bit to everyone’s comments in the future.

I'm in Royal Palm Beach, which is a suburb of West Palm Beach.

The people I ride with and I are up your way quite a bit.

One of our favorite destinations is to Dixie Crossroads up around Titusville (best catfish in the state of Florida)

Anyway, welcome: This is a great place to get all sorts of information and assistance.

You are so right they have the best sea food at Dixie Crossings, I love their shrimps. Have you ever been to Manatee Hammock on US 1 just south of Titusville? Is a very nice campground owned by the county. When I used to have my Travel trailer I went there quiet often.
