tonight twenty five min on elipt., plus resistance. My speed stayed in the low to mid tirteen range mostly, must not have been feeling very strong.
Jeanne on the other hand, did two twelve min rides and a third for eight.

25.4 miles.. 18.2 ave.. but we did not ride for an average. We road some places easy.. while hammering other places.

I was sick earlier today and was not sure how I would feel, but considering.... not to bad.. :D

Nothing so far. Made cookies for injured daughter, so I am trying to stay away from the cookies since I probably won't even get in a run.

22 miles. 16.7 average. 6 riders and couldn't get the legs warmed up. First ride since Saturdays century. Everybody was slow. During the last two mile saw 24 mph on the gadget. Finished 1/4 mile ahead of the gang.

Twenty five and resistance. timed the resistance part of the workout, close to ten mins, including rest between circuits.
Going to lower eliptical time to twenty on resistance days.
Jeanne only managed seven mins tonight. She had a drind while we were out with freinds, and apparently alchohol, exercise and diabetes don't mix. (I've told her before alchohol affects blood sugar, maybe now she'll listen)

25 hilly miles tonight. Laurie had today, the bug I had yesterday. I was sort of hoping to hammer tonight.. but we just did not have it. Our riding partners were ok with that also. 18.2 ave...

oh yeah... I also did 3 sets of deep squats with the KB.. a warm up at 45# and two with a 75#
