Wow, I HAVE to get in on this!
I'm a Mac guy too, been one since day one and that's why I DO push them, but:
1) Since OSX, Apple behaves very much like a PC. It is based on DOS, just like Windows, and in the event that a file/program takes a crap or freezes on you, you can now just escape that program. No reboot necessary, like it was under system 9.
2) When you're within a program, any program, there's really no difference at all between the two.
3) Gaming--hands down, Windows wins. I have kids, so I know. Tons of titles that never get ported over to the Mac OS at all.
4) Viruses--hands down, Mac wins. And it's not only because people don't write viruses for Macs; it's the way the system is rooted. You simply can't get to the core resource files on a Mac like you can on a PC.
5) Cost--hands down, PCs win. Macs are outrageously priced. Worth the money, but not THIS much money.
6) Innovation--Mac invented it all, and continues to be at the leading edge of it all. (Gates originally worked on developing the first Apple OS.) Ironically, there was basically little doubt that the company would have gone bankrupt if it weren't for their iPod; it literally save their asses. But back on the subject of innovation, think about this:
Who was the first company to build a computer without a floppy drive? Apple. And when was the last time you even TOUCHED a floppy? They're more tuned in to what people want; Microsoft is more tuned into what THEY want.
7) Piracy--a new major Apple OS released? No big deal--just get a copy from your friend. No registration proces or copy protection, because Apple didn't really CARE. (This will be changing though.) They just wanted to sell more machines. And the most expensive system upgrade has been around 99 bucks, and they don't release upgrades lightly. Unfortunately, under OSX, this has been changing too.

Graphics--it's all Mac for ease and professional level work. (But someone who knows what they're doing on a PC can get the same results.) However, and this is what I've been told, Windows defines its color space differently, meaning calibrating screen color to final film/final output which will be engraved onto the plate, is tricky and unpredictable. They also say if you ask pre-press people, guys who work at profesional printers, 99% will tell you they prefer the Mac files every time. This may be because most graphic artists use Macs and basically know what they're doing in the first place, or it may be that the pre-press folks KNOW more about working on the Mac side.
9) Have your cake and eat it too, guys--because the new line of macs coming out in January will be running on a dual-processor INTEL chip, and this dual chip will run BOTH Apple OS and Windows! Your choice! So the argument is basically over for these new machines.
10) But you know what? Both systems are doomed. The future is going to be in server-based storage and applications, meaning all you'll have on your desk is a monitor, keyboard and wire going to the wall. You will be accessing EVERYTHING from a remote site. You'll pay a monthly fee for the applications you want, THEY'LL keep these applications up to date and your files safe, and you'll never have to worry about a crash again. Plus, your "computer" will never go obsolete.
It's already started, but I'm not too familiar with it. But if you come across any companies getting into this, that may be the stock to buy. Look for Microsoft to be doing it too--after everyone else.
