I was looking for ultralight camper but I found em way too much expensive and/or to big for me....
I was needing something small (Not bigger/Larger than my car), Something light that I wont have
to deploy everytime I go on a 1 week trip
Then, a miracle happened while surfing the web.... I found this forum....

After months reading this forum and looking at the hall of fame, I tought it was
time to build my own Teardrop...
Needs :
Small Trailer Camper. not wider than my car. ( 98 Crown Victoria 6ft wide)
No need to deploy anything like a tent
Can Sleep confortably in full extention. (I am 6'3" tall)
Lowest Cost Possible (Ideally Under 3k)
2 doors
Have confortable space for 2 wide.
Have a Propane Stove (Back counter top)
Full 15A AC Circuit (1800W Inverter + DC31-280 battery + future solar panel)
24" HDTV, CD/MP3 Radio & 4 spkr
Space for Cooler/Electric Cooler or 12V Fridge.
Vent Trap built to accept a future camper roof Climated Air.
Finish:
Side wall (exterior) : White Plastic
Side Wall + Ceiling (Interior) : Sand & Varnished Spruce
Floor : Nailed & Glued Laminate Flooring.
Top : Metal Finish

A friend is gonna build me custom trailer at the end of July from what I builded.
If lucky enough, I could have it done for the end of august.

This week, I was lazy and tired (had a rough week) and only went out of bed at 12:00....

Today, I had to get the material for the floor and some for sidewalls.
Bill of Material (1st Week)
1x == 5' x 8' x 3/4" Water Resistant Plywood == 100$
2x == 4' x 8' x 1½" Isolating Foam R7.5 ======== 60$
3x == 4' x 8' x ½" Plywood =================== 60$
10x == 2" x 4" x 10' Beam ======================= 30$
1x == Metalic Tape ============================= 10$
3x == Construction Glue Tube =================== 25$
1x == 1" Screw (Pack of 100) ==================== 8$

Materials

Since I have no trailer yet, I need a dolley to move the TD out of the garage when i'll have to move it out.



Starting building the Floor.




Finished Floor. I underestimated the Glue I'd need for the floor. I need more to install the 1/2" plywood to close the sandwich.
Ok... That's it for this week...
