Sounds like you have most of the issues figured out. One thing to caution you about, is the exhaust gas from the heater. It is well over 350 degrees F when it exits the furnace. I couldn't measure any higher with my digital thermometer. It could be much higher. So you need to keep the exhaust clear of anything combustible or anything that has the potential to restrict the exhaust.
I will be away from my computer for the next few days.
Merry Christmas to all.

Your moisture problems aside, even though everyone claims it is safe to breathe/live in an environment filled with combustion products, I don't believe it.
Read closely the general use guidelines and anti liability clauses, and you'll find that heating a large building, with a window cracked open, is "probably" safe.
All that in a tiny trailer, may not turn out to be, it is your health and future you are gambling with...
I admire both of you for doing something most cannot, or would not, but I sure don't want to see you be killed or disabled because of it.![]()

Is your installation about 50% complete now... just waiting for Lowes to get the copper line, right?![]()

P.S. Merry Christmas, have fun at your son's house!
P.P.S. In a little while I'll have a picture to show you... let me know if you think someone could live in it full time...

So we had no choice but to use copper. But as it worked out, copper was pretty easy. We had to buy a tool to flare the copper, but I think it was easier than using rubber hose.
