Sure glad it was a very, very windy day because this CPES stuff is poison. Without the wind I doubt that I could have painted it on in one pass. This stuff sure is thin. Perhaps I just bought highly volatile water.
As I mentioned earlier, I painted the inside yesterday. Didn't correct the white balance so this picture looks grey but is WHITE.
This door is really heavy because it must be double thick to hold the standard lockset and also because it must be rigid to reduce, if not eliminate, the tendency to warp.
I had to add pieces on the inside to backup the lockset and a nifty set of three hinges.
