Exacto.

An option is to mount the Optima under the trailer or purchase an AGM battery of a different size and mount that under the trailer. Like the Optima, the AGM batteries can be mounted on their sides.

Your CT has the look of quality. Nice Unit! I especially like the fiber glass end caps on the front rounding the walls and roof. Much nicer appearance than the flat roof I see on a lot of v noses. I'm betting you will be happy with this outfit. Nice job! best of luck to you sir...

Both beautiful places. Love the local food too........
Watch out for the phony federally check points. Some low life thieves are setting them up in different places to prey on tourist. If you are familiar with real Federally check points, you will be able to tell the difference by the lack of military vehicles and the lack of more semi-permanent accommodations.
Dant wrote:Thanks. Haven't run into phony check points, but it's been a few years since my last motorcycle or van trip thru Mexico. I've been stopped at many Army check points, sometimes they're only 10 or 20 miles apart. Frequently very rag tag looking affairs with no buildings in sight. So I'm not sure I COULD tell them from the real thing. Never had unpleasant experience so far
Can't remember ever seeing one of those roadside checkpoints sans buildings, in Baja
