If you are trying to keep the height low enough to clear a standard garage door, then you could have more interior height. My TTT has 60 inches on the interior at the lowest points around the perimeter of the popup, about 4 more inches inside the popup, and 16 inches more with the popup fully extended at its highest point. If you make the sides of the popup out of rip stop nylon or similar cloth, then you can raise the popup to different heights as needed, reduce weight, and gain interior height inside the popup enclosure. If you are interested in this approach, have a look at my build thread.

Good luck, good building.

My mistake. I meant to say 61". On the elevation you can see a divide between the white and the gray below. The upper white section is a 48" x 96" sheet. It is a pretty efficient layout for materials.

Yes originally I had hard wall hinged pop up sides, but later I decided it was a potential headache. Water leaking, weight and general complication made me decide on fabric sides. Potentially it could be nice to have large mesh windows in it with roll up ffabric window covers, like a tent. I figured that the hard sides of this kind of pop up would pretty much weigh an entire sheet of 3/4" plywood so it is a pretty big weight savings.

This gives a good idea of the bathroom size. The pan will be a little bigger than I thought because I can push the toilet back a little further than I thought.

+1 If you are gonna do it, then do it right the first time. Places where there are water sources need a little extra time...

I got my toilet (head) off of Craigslist for 50 bucks. Score! I got the RV sink for 15. I am doing it on the cheap.

I used to have a 27 ft Cornado sloop on Lake Michigan. http://sailboatdata.com/VIEWRECORD.ASP?CLASS_ID=607 Man I miss that boat. You have a boat right? What do you have?

And some further framming of the front extension area. I am almost ready to lay down the decking.

I am a little concerned as I have gone through some pains to keep things very light but the toilet I picked up on Craig's List is of a high quality with a china bowl. Very nice deal but it is not a light weight toilet in the least.

Not only is it heavy but I was chose to move the position of it to the absolute rear as a result of the trailer frame location. this has pushed this weight even further from the axle.
