General Discussion about almost anything Teardrop or camping related

Steve personally I would like the Europly better than the bamboo as bamboo cutting boards are easy to come by. I'm not in any hurry so whenever is fine by me.

Thanks Steve, I really like the Europly that shows the layers, gives it character. Not too much worried about the size as it would be for limes, fruit or maybe small vegetables. Just let me know, I really like the look.

Ok, I went to the post office this morning. Doug was right on. Shipping would be 5 bucks anywhere in the USA.

Don't count the Bamboo out yet. It has a similar interior grain and a striped top surface as well. As soon as a sample is done I'll post up a picture for people to see. Both woods will be available so no worries!

Perhaps if we can get someone to locate the post there has been one on here in the past that shows a simple line drawing of the 5 - 6 basic profiles of the tiny trailers.

Would be kinda nice to select the one close to your profile.

Anyone know where the drawing is ????

We picked up our cutting board from Steve at CNTL V and what a thing of beauty it is! Mark immediately made a little stand for the tongue, to hold it level on the sloping area (which has no earthly use other than maybe to put a cookbook on) over the converter in the Lil Traveler. The piece of metal is a salad fork.

Steve does nice work! :applause:

You guys are so cleaver! That looks great. I hope you don't have service for eleven now?

I have been working on a bunch more cheese boards , so I will have plenty of stock. I will update in a day or two.

It was a family heirloom... NOT! He did ask if I had an oddball salad fork he could use and sure enough I did (okay, there's a setup line for you!). :R

Ok, I spent some time making a couple additions. I have plenty of the Europly Teardrops. But I also ran some teardrops out of Bamboo. Here is a picture of the Bamboo ones.

For fun I also ran a new item. This is a replica of a Coleman lantern, another interest of mine. This was suggested buy Starleen. So take a look and tell me what you think.

Here are the original Europly ones for comparison .

The lanterns are 13.00 without a knife and 5.00 for shipping. The Teardrops in either wood are 18.00 with 5.00 shipping.

I will send a PM soon to all those that have already said they want one. If you should want to get the bamboo ones you can tell me then. There will be more things coming in the near future. If anyone wants their own profile in a cutting board just ask. I am sure it could be done.

Thanks for looking,
Steve

those are looking really good I like the lantern idea I think you found a good niche

Cliff, the lantern and Teardrop cutting boards are to big to fit in one envelope. If you want both I will see what the cost combined would be to ship.

Paul, yours is already on the way so send out the invitations!
