Excited to be a part of the T & TTT family. Ran into a great group of folks from Ohio (TearJerkers) 2 weekends ago while camping with my boys in our newly restored 1949 camper. They suggested I look into this site and talked up the big Midwest gathering in Spencer, IN. Very bummed that I have a conflict with that weekend, as that would have been a great way to meet so many of you from the Midwest. Oh well, for now online will have to do.

Here is a picture of my camper the "Crimson Cruiser". Any insight into the possible manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Hey, welcome to the forum!

That is a sweet looking trailer you've got!

There are lots of folks here (Gage is the first one who comes to my mind) who are very knowledgeable about trailers here who can possibly help you find out more about your rig.

You did an excellent job of restoring that camper. I really like the color and the overall looks of it.

Thanks for the message and the additional link to goodoldrvs. Someone else mentioned it might be a Corvette as well, and interesting enough, the one hubcap that was on it when purchased was a Chevy cap from the late 40"s (one photo in my album shows it).

I wish i knew you were in the Greenwood area, as I did my restoration at my uncle's home off of Sherman and Southport Road. Too many trips to Home Depot and Camping World to count last Summer. I could have used the help of a professional like yourself. Oh well, it turned out alright for my first try, and the kids and I are enjoying the camping season.
