Just in case you missed it , here's the link to the Foamie build that shows how a nose would be sculpted... http://www.goldbrand.info/motorcykelhusvagn2.html
That's easy ...

Really considering this as the next project ... looked at many designs , much thinking.... I can make a 6'X12' Standy , with only 6 sheets of Foam for the main body part , and can cover the entire shell with one piece of canvas...no seams (depending how wide the canvas comes .) Streamline shape should be Easy to tow , less affected by winds and weather.. The inner ribs , done in the "wagon" style is well proven throughout History and is a tremendous source of strength and rigidity ... The stringers , which tie the ribs together (even stronger) providing ready attachment points for most anything we want to add... As far as interiors , there's no use figuring anything on the inside should be structural (save the bed and cabinets) , so the cabin could be decorated in most any manner ... Perhaps some thin decorative fabric panels screwed to the many attachment points ...
Just too many Good things happening with this design and it seems really EASY to make ... I'm going to make some more drawings ...
