Bob has done a terrific job in contacting local media outlets.
:applause:  :applause:  :applause:

Did anyone send this to the Today Show and/or Good Morning America?
I know hard to contact or but wouldn't it be great to get it out across America?

Thanks everyone for all you've done to make this a huge success for all!

11 now and counting down.

THE ELEVEN SITES ARE NOW DOWN TO THREE !

My prediction of full up by the 24th may have been optimistic looks like today will be the late day. Site 140, 148, and 150 were all that showed available as of 7:30 AM today ( Monday)

Who is gonna get the last one ??????

 Wow they are going fast, there's still one site held by Kurt (last I knew) and site 141 held by someone that moved sites also I'll have to see who has that one. so that's 5 possible site and it'll be full

And gas is creeping down I got it at $3.43 this morning :dancing pretty sad when you're happy to see it under 3.50

Speaking of concerts I had a message 2 days ago from DNR central that the park manager would be in contact with me to provide more info on the park concert. Have yet to hear from them.

Well here is the answer......

Thanks for your interest in the performing arts series at McCormick’s Creek State Park. On July 16th we will be hosting the Bloomington Community Band at the park amphitheatre beginning at 7:30 pm until about 9:00 pm. On that day we will be celebrating the 95th anniversary of the park! In addition to the concert we will have several interpretive programs throughout the property geared toward the unique features and structures that make this property so special.

Bloomington community band  I was hopeing for Springstein :D

Looks like you boys and girls need to bring your instruments and we will just do it ourselves

Bob, the "unofficial" count as of today is 136.

This is what I have on my list.

Some of the reserved spots could belong to gathering campers that we don't know about.. We'll have to wait and see. :applause:
