3d functional The Vardo
2d/photo- I printed out most of the photo's and build information and had it bound.
Performance- I did a speach about the build. And I ended up winning at the end of the day!
The judges were very impressed that I stressed to the people there that Im not trained as a carpenter, I worked in IT for a number of years, and now Im a custodian in a high school. That building something like this is easily attainable by the average person who has a desire to put in some sweat equity and willing to do some research to learn how other people have built similar things! We live in a wonderful time when so much information is readily out there...all hail the "Internet" lol
An old friend from college came across my build photo's on facebook and made a serious offer a couple of weeks ago and took it home with her today. I get to have some car repairs done and get back to making sawdust!
Build #2 starts next weekend!
