I worked on the TD Saturday and Sunday this past week-end. I was able to accomplish a bunch of tasks on it. I installed the Fantastic vent fan. I still need to silicone the edges and the screws.
I got most of the 12 volt DC wiring done and all of the lights, radio and vent fan hooked up and working. I need to hook up the galley light and the water pump for the sink yet. The hole in the side wall is for the 120 volt AC to come in from the outside. I have to install the 120 volt AC wiring later.
I installed the galley wall edge trim with screws on inside the of the galley for a clean finished look. If you look across to the other side, you can see a few of the five screws on the inside of the trim.
The galley hatch is installed and the wooden support is only temporary. I will use some hatch supports to hold it open later.
The tail/brake and license plate lights are all wired up and work nicely.
I started putting on the body lower trim around the edges. Here is what the front of the TD looks like. I still plan to add some aluminum diamond plate on the front to act as a debris deflector, But that will come later. I am just trying to get it camp-able for now.
