lack of money is a escuse for laying of a teardrop build. I can testfy to building a teardrop with no job and no unemployment money.
its no real escuse for I can't afford it. theres other ways than brand spanking new to get them big ticket items.
my escuse on not finshing the inside wall on my teardrop is bordism.
pure and simple. and no what?
I am acutally working on finshing it after camping in my teardrop for 3 years.
slow. I acutlay belive now that modest builds have bettor chances to compleation than lavish ones.
Yes here in North Carolina it has been in the upper 90s almost everyday. The garage is even hotter with no air movement. I feel like an astronaut on a space walk, working on the space station. I can only work for 40 minutes at a time. I am in a catch 22 if I had the cash I would buy and install an AC unit and thus make it easier to work inside the trailer, but I need that cash to buy the other items that are required to do the work. But I am talking to a guy that gets quarterly dividend checks and leaves them laying around for the cat to eat so you cannot relate.starleen2 wrote:Cat ate my quarterly dividend check - now I'm waiting by the litter box to get it backCreative enough? Really it's too hot to work on anything in the garage, but i got till next month to have my "latest" project campable!
Hee hee. I know exactly what you mean.Aaron Coffee wrote:my excuse is that either I can't find one of the three tape measures in the garage or my pencil, after looking for about 2 hours I give up for the night. Or I will go to the back of the garage to get something and when I get back there I forget what it was i went to get, so I go to the front of the garage and remember what I went to get...
Actually been working at least a couple hours a day on #2. Hoping to have it done enough to take to a car show a week after Labor Day,

Just waiting for that to happen when I go into the bathroom.
Getting older is proving to be even stranger than I thought it would be.
I'm still waiting for the acid flash backs they warned everyone about.
