The maiden voyage is going to have to wait. Right now until i have eye surgery,I am legally blind in my right eye and left eye is corrected to 20/40 with a coke bottle lens so, this tear was built with vision only one eye

.. :lol: Well, I have already tried it out for size in the shop. about 6-4 1/2 inside..plenty of room..someday, I hope to sleep in my tear in this place of beauty..Image

HMMM? :thinking: The tongue will get a jack, I have been chocking the wheels while working and it has never tried to tip back. took some measurements just for you kent.. Box is of course 78 inches long. From front of box to axle center is 43.5" from axle center to rear of box 34.5"..tongue is 27 inches long.width of box 41.5 inches..According to HF the 90153 has a overall width of 52.5 inches and is rated at 1090 pounds. i have not weighed the tear yet, but, I can move it with one hand,with ease. under 300 for sure, under 250 not sure.. room for 2 average people to sleep and a nice little cooking galley in rear..Small simple compact... Danny... from HF site:Bed dimensions: 40-1/2" W x 48" L
Weight capacity: 1090 lbs
Receiver size: 1-7/8"
Axle thickness: 5mm
Overall dimensions: 78" L x 52-1/2" W x 19" H
Shipping Weight: 93.80 lbs.

A few more measurements: 53.5" from axle center to top of unit... Height-63 inches from ground to top of teardrop.

oh... i dunno if you'll need them or not... i'm by no means an expert :?

i put them on mine partly because my family's pop-up had them when i was a kid, but also figure if i ever camp somewhere that isn't entirely level it'll be good to have a nice, stable triangle to support it and/or help level it out. sucks sleeping on an incline, ya know. not to mention potential weight of full coolers, water jug, camping gear, dishes etc in the back, but i dunno what you intend to have back there...

anyway, i put 2 of these on the back of mine...
