Your floor may be 4x10 but your roof is a curve. It is amazing how long the roof can grow.
My latest build is 4'6"wide by 7'6" long but it took just shy of 13' of material to follow the curve from nose to tail.
It all depends on your profile
The dark spot on the nose near the top left corner of the door is a overlap joint. From the front to the lap is 4' and from that point to the rear is a complete 9' sheet They over lap about 2 " so the roof length is 12' 8"

In this little 4x8 profile below I tick marked the curve every foot in this picture you can see this tiny trailer roof line is 11'4 +/- in length

It can't be Painted....but it can be "Tinted" any Home Depot will GIVE you the tint.
A full sheet of EPDM is close to the same price but the cost of the glue throws it out of wack.
Its a coin toss.
