Thank y'all for the nice comments. They are my motivation to get this thing done.

I had a few hours to work on getting the SB ready for LCG VI. (I now think I'll make it.)

My focus has been to button up all the wiring so I could finish my cabinets. First, I installed an old-school looking antenna for the radio. The downside is that it meant drilling two holes in a watertight sidewall rather than one.

Image

Then my attention turned back to the interior. It was a little tight in the cabin with all the tools and wiring supplies, but I managed to finish the wiring and ductwork in the headboard cabinet. (The bottom panel covering the chase at the bottom of the cabinet has not been installed yet.) I also installed the two reading lights.

Then I installed the cabinet doors on the headboard cabinet.

I'm happy with how it turned out. The headboard cabinet has two LED "mood lights", a 12-volt outlet, a 120-volt outlet, and two automotive-style vents for the supply air from the Petcool.

Thank you for looking,
Tom

Tom love the details especially the head board cabinets. The contrast of dark cabinets and light interior is nice.

:? Pressing forward...LCG is coming up too fast.

I finished all the cabin wiring. The biggest PITA was wiring the radio/CD player. I haven't installed one in awhile - I guess it been about 20 years - and didn't realize how many wires there are. Good news is its done.

Image

I also finished the "ground effects" lighting underneath the teardrop. Almost everything electrical is done except hooking it up to the converter.

I also finished installing the trim and cabinet doors on my interior overhead cabinets.

Image

Time for more electrical work...ugh!

Take care,
Tom

Now that you've nearly completed your build and a new word has been created just to discribe how well your craftsmanship is,
What's next?
It may not be too late to get in a bid for the presidency, still debating you know. ;)

Please post pics of all angles inside and out.

Great Job Tom!
