The wall foam is cut and ready for glueing. Tim had a brainstorm and will use the clamps we bought to lay our laminate floors a few years back. These will hold the pieces of foam tight without crushing it.[img]http://www.tnttt.com/gallery/image.php?image_id=84099
As you can see we're having trouble getting the pictures to load here. Not sure what is wrong but I've tried following instructions and it's still not coming up. Maybe by the time the trailer is finished we'll have it figured out.
Is that the one you wanted to link? you just needed to add "[/img]" to the end of your string. Those walls are huge. Can't wait to see what this one weighs.
I ended up running duct tape from one end to the other and across the joints when trying to "clamp" the pieces together and I ended up with gaps in some places. If I had some of those I might have gotten better joints. Good idea!!!!

Got many clamps here , sitting on a shelf ,they certainly come in handy for many various jobs .... For Foamie building , I’d think those flooring clamps would be Very Handy !!!! (as depicted)
You can bet I’ll be looking for some ... Thanks !!! I never knew these existed ...
We bought them about 15 years ago and this is the first time we used them since we did your floors. We bought them at Menards its the big green box store . I will get pictures up soon. wright now i am working on the wiring for the trailer lights and electric brakes.
