I have a passion for tear drops and have been lurking here for sometime. I have been looking for a tear drop in the 1000-1500 dollar range with a galley. I want something that is a bit of a project and will allow me to put my own touches on it. I wouldn't mind building one on my own, but I want someone with experience to help and can pay for educating me on how to go about. I don't think there is anyone from this area, but wouldn't mind seeing some in person. I am into desert racing, and co drive.

Well, I'm kinda depressed and I'm kinda not depressed. On the one hand, I'm gonna be really sad to see this go because I have been lookind forward to camping in it for SOOO long. I had such hopes.
But, on the other hand, I know that I can build another one that will be better and it will build easier and faster because I won't have to relearn. And, I figure that anyone that is willing to go to the expense of getting all the way to California, is going to take care of it and do a really good job finishing it. I have to say that, when you've got a project that you can't get to, and you're looking at your future and you know that you won't be able to get to it for probably a good three more years, it tends to follow you around
and nag at you like a darned lost dog. So this way, I will be able to clear my mind over it and look forward to just starting anew down the road.
