I was watching This Old House the other day, and they are using a sheathing on the current project house that is OSB with a waterproof coating. For homes, it replaces the need for Tyvek Housewrap.
I wonder if this could improve Teardrop building? No need to epoxy plywood?

You would still have to deal with the end grain, but if that is all, it could be a real time-saver. And, might work better.
