Actually got an e-mail back ... He explained that it might actually be there , and he would get back with me in the morning, he had to leave early because it was his 10th Anniversary ... ... and so it goes ...

Although if I were in your situation, I'd have given up long ago, it has now become a matter of principle. I'd become the biggest pain in someone's a$$ and get what they advertised long ago and get what they promised me. Unfortunately, the only thing I can offer is moral support. Hang in there. Don't let 'em get the best of you.

i certaintly hope by now that you made a phone call to that guy that celebrated what ever yesterday. i also hope you called him on everything. you do have a way with words that could probably give him a new one somewhere.

Sorry I did not call this weekend. I got a new phone and lost the number that I had. I wanted to update you on this fiasco. The trailer did not come in last week, BUT I think I lit enough people up to ensure it will get here this week. I am reluctant to promise because I am not the one going to North Carolina to get it and have to rely on other people not in my power to get it. I am so frustrated, not any more than you, but really frustrated this has been such an ordeal. I cannot do anything to make it the way I want it, but I can at least provide the result of you having your trailer I hope. Please give me a call, I will be here until 3:00 PM. Thanks so much for your patience and your understanding I this matter.

well he sounds like an ok guy. (sorta of). but i hate that old time excuse of loosing a phone number. heck my brother tried that one on me, as well as my email addy. we don't talk anymore. i just can't stand excuses.

i wonder who the people are that packs the trailer up, or who goes to get it. it seems to me that those folks boss needs to have some talkin too.

is this guy in corporate headquarters? is he the top notch guy?

I agree, I have been in the powerless position where they expect you to make someone happy but do not give you the tools to do it. Hnag in there, I have a feeling this is the week it will happen.
