Well after lurking on various teardrop sites I have finally joined.
I'm Ben and my wife is Lisa. I'm a self employed handyman in London and have been dreaming about building a TD for years. Biggest problem to solve is where to build it.
So for the moment I am stuck with drawing lots of different designs and building card models, I'm hoping that when I come to build for real that I will have worked out a lot of the design issues and maybe some of the construction issues!
My favourite design at the moment is a 9x5 Benroy. Yes I know that’s an odd size but I'm going to upload a model to the thread about 'building models' and explain some of my reasoning.
