Hi Maureenm!
I am going to preface my response with "I am a girl" that's my standard excuse, as it were. I forgot to mention, I have absolutely NO mechanical skills, whatsoever! I envy all you guys that custom build your trailers, I am going to have to get pretty creative with the desire fulfillment department and try to be somewhat reasonable with whatever modifications I attempt to make on my new toy. I am a female Tim "the toolman" Taylor, but worse than him! My TT has 12 volt interior lights, and one, maybe two 110 outlets and a surge protector looking power strip in the cabin. I bought a roof vent that has a light on it on ebay the other day, so hopefully I am covered in the light department (when my friend installs it) he mentioned we have to cut a hole in the roof and after I put my hands over my ears and sang "la la la, I can't hear you" he said, 'never mind the details, it'll be a cinch" we'll see.
It has a sink in the back, but that's it and a plug that I guess you can plug into a hook up at an rv sight but I don't think it'll make the interior lights work, just the 110 plugs. The battery that came with it is shot, according to my friend who has a charger/tender thingie.... so a battery is on the list of things to get before next weekend. I dunno'.... I am kind of overwhelmed right now.... trying to look at pictures of other people's trailers online to see what they have and get ideas on what I want. Thank goodness I do not have to register it with the DMV, but I have to call my insurance agent tomorrow (I did not even think of insuring it until I saw someone else post about it on this forum). Oy.
Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.
