The cover has a 5 year warranty and is a heavy duty well made product. It's kinda pricy at alittle over $2oo bucks but I'm happy with it.

Wow, nice find on the material Larry
My wife came up with our curtain material at GW. Was kind of disappointed because she couldn't find a matching comforter. Luckily my S-I-L had pity on us & donated a "woodsy" sheet & blanket set to the cause. (saved me a bundle of $$$)

Is that a custom fitted cover? If not, it sure looks like it

Graphics look cool to (if cool is still an ok word to use these days)

Actually the fabric was fairly cheap that I bought on ebay it was the cover that was the money hog. I already had the comforter but I did have to buy some sheets and pillow cases. The cover is custom made for a 4x8 teardrop. I think it's originally made for a certain kind of teardrop but it works well for the critter. The decal is a butterfly that looks like it has eyes. My wife complains that it stares at her everytime she puts her car in the garage.

that is a nice looking tear, and wow, a beautiful spot for your first trip. sorry the wife doesn't enjoy it much. i also agree with the others, a gathering might be an option for her.

i conned my hubby into camping one time. little did he know that a gathering was taking place. he was an rv guy. but after seeing the tiny tears, he said it was ok for me to build one. he is still an rv guy though. he only went on 2 trips this past year with me, the other 5 or so i was pretty much solo (not completely as they were all gatherings).

We are never really finished with them. I still have a few more things to do to mine and when I'm finished with that I'm sure I'll find something else to do to it. Just ask Bob Henry.

I've been wanting a different tow vehicle for some time now so I broke down and bought one. I had a ford ranger before and I liked it so much that I decided to buy another one. This one is a 3.0 liter V6 2008 model. I just need to get a hitch and I'll be ready to go. The critter and the ranger should look good together since they're both white.

I know a half dozen or more people that drive Rangers, they all love them. That includes my Ranger drivin Mom.

Fantastic job you did on the Critter, I enjoyed following your build thread. With that new truck you should be good to go for many delightful years of camping trips.

My 1st ranger was a 1984 model. 2.3 liter 4 speed and I drove it till it dropped. I really liked that old truck. I don't know if it's true but I heard they stopped making the ford ranger pick up. If they did that was a big mistake in my opinion.

Tomorrow I'm gonna get a receiver hitch installed and shortly after that I'll introduce the critter to the ranger, give it a test drive and post a pic.

Last one rolled off the line mid-December 2011. I agree, big mistake.

My '93 F-150 4WD just passed the 160,000 mark. Been a great truck. I gotta change the water pump out on it tomorrow, though. Temps in the low 50's the weatherman says. Not a bad day for Feb. driveway wrenching, all things considered.
