Well, I have finally decided to "get off the pot" so to speak. I am buying a new Harbor Freight trailer for my frame next week. This will be more of a mobile kitchen then it will be a sleeper but, the shape will remain the same.
I am super excited to be starting this and from what I can see, there is more knowlege on this site then I will ever use.
I cannot wait to start my "build" thread.

My chuck wagon build was a fun one. It is on a 40 x 48 Harbor Freight traioler.

We took it in tandum to the Crossroads of America Gathering last summer behind "The Barn". Having a dedicated "kitchen" was a real treat. It has 4 dedicated storage bins in front and a prep area and wash area on two batwing tables and still having room in the rear for the 3 burner stove w/ oven, the toaster oven, and the Redneck hot water heater made for a real sweet setup. It would make a great tailgating setup as well.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for the link. I hope you dont mind if I steal a few ideas from your chuck wagon.
I am digging the storage of the coolers.
