I didn't leave a setback to allow for my plywood.
So the upper portion of the wall was out 3/8 from the angle iron box.
Been buggin me cause I knew I was going to have trouble making the transition to the angled front.
So I ground off the bolts and tie loops today and strapped the corner out and then made up corners.
Few too many screws but hey, it looks more like a ute then a camper anyhow.
I'll just mimick it at the back
And I got to use up some of the aluminum i cut out to put the window in...Waste not, want not.
Would have been real nice if I'd had a brake, but oh well
Now when I get more aluminum, can just strap out the rest of the sides, pull the screws up one side of the corner cap and slip the aluminum in

Then after a test weekend, I knew I needed an entry assist handle.
SO, from the old tailgate for the garbage wagon, I salvaged this stainless steel handle. Still have one more, hmmm
I was checkin out what I had left of the checkerplate, boy did I use all of it or what, have 2 2" x 2" squares left
