Am I Wrong?

In the past six months, I have received a gazillion emails proclaiming the uniqueness of July 2012. Supposedly, having five Fridays, five Saturdays etc only happens every 823 years. In China, maybe.

To my calculations, it happens every decade. Am I wrong?

I'm not sure the correct answer, and I don't feel like googling, but I believe given leap year, and the fact that there are only seven possible days of the week a calendar can start on, there are only 14 possible calendars.
