Hello all. My name is James and I live in South Louisiana.

Been lurking for a while. I figured I would introduce myself before I started a build thread.

I am a push boat captain on the Mississippi river and I own 3 vBulletin motorcycle forums. I am looking to build a Ben Roy to camp with on my motorcycle trips.

We look forward to seeing what you come up with. I was at a campground in Indiana last summer and there was an old guy there with a GullWing and sidecar, that towed a teardrop behind. He had ridden seven or eight hundred miles too.

Welcome to the forum James. If you're looking to build something small and lightweight to tow behind your bike you might look at Roly Nelson's builds. He has small and lightweight down to a science.

I am not looking to build a teardrop I pull with my bike. I want to haul my bike on the tongue of a teardrop that I pull with my Scion xB.
