I don't see how you got it that clear with cloth.

Yes it is, everything is covered in cloth except the mahogany trim along the bottom and around fenders, but the ply under the mahogany is glassed. The pic of the Trumpeter is professionally printed by a photo lab on photo paper and even that is glassed. About the only place you can see the glass mat is the corners where the top meets the sides.

Heres the original image I shot brought into Photoshop to add the words....

Heres the image with the cloth down before the 1st fill coat.......

Heres what it looks like after 1 or 2 coats, you can still see the weave, which went away after a few more coats....

Slow

I used a big craft stick from Walmart, looks like tongue depressors and then thier 12oz clear great value plastic cups.

What i also found that works great for me and the aeromarine product is just a simple ziplock bag. add the 2 parts zip up removing most air and then knead like play dough or something. then add the tape and then knead more. it completly wets teh tape and the extra i can pipe out.

No i didnt show it slowcowboy but i add a few bacon bits in teh mix and put booties on teh dogs and as they sniff and try to find the bacon they end up spreading out the epoxy. afterwards they are high and just want to chill in the grass. but whenever they see me mixing the epoxy i get alot of eager helpers.

Ok seriously. i do spread it out with my gloved hands spreading from the center out. I have no freaking clue if what i am doing is the right thing, but its working for now.

Use a squeegee like you'd use to apply bondo from an auto paint store....no auto paint store...find something like a hard plastic item with some flexibility and a straight edge on it.
