Well, sorry to say this but move us from the "maybe" list to the "cannot attend" ..... Our vacay will start after work on the 17th. We couldn't make it to there over night, too far.

Hello Woodbutcher, I remembered some conversation about this gathering from ''Cooler Near the Lake" in April. Thought I should
check this out while recovering from knee surgery. I am exited about the amount of response generated on this thread and I think I may have Diane convinced to attend. She is not too keen on the bear thing, but I think she would brave it with me anyway. We have been talking about seeing this part of the country for years. Put us down as a 'yes'. I will begin planning but don't know how many days we want to take for extra sight seeing. I just finished watching "LAST AMERICAN COWBOY' series on Netflix. Now cannot wait to actually be there! Excellent Grant! It sure took you some time to convince Diane. We are glad you are making the trip and I will add you to the list. I'll pick up a few bells for Diane to wear to keep the Bears away. Just check this thread every so often for updates as we get closer. Slowcowboy and the others will really enjoy seeing your teardrop. It is without a doubt one of the nicest I have seen!

sorry to say, but take me off the yes list. slow has me worried about my foamie blowing over, and hubby just can't get that time off. i think we are going to try a trip for about a week, but that will be in july. one of these years i will get west.
