I liked the black fenders, but those stainless covers are also nice and will look good longer.

I would question using black on a trailer, unless you plan of using it for a frying eggs. We will be camping in some hot areas this summer and I want as much heat reflected as possible.

I would be afraid of brushing up against them and getting burned, and it is not that I do not like the look. I was only half joking about frying eggs.
I have camped in Death Valley though not when it was this hot , record 134 °F (56.7 °C) at Furnace Creek on July 10, 1913.
Where we live currently it can go form -20 to +100F but for the most part is moderate.
