new trailer

Postby msemanuel » Wed Jul 25, 2012 7:38 pm

Well for the last several years I have been drooling over differant trailers on here. I have even started building one a couple but do to lack of funds could never finish. So I have had my 4x8 harbor freight trailer sitting there waiting for me to gather the funds. Well about a week ago I was looking threw the wants adds and came a across a camper and light bulb came on so I went for it. and came up with our new go to shows trailer. Just in time for the county fair. What you think.

I think it will work just fine. What is the interior arrangement?

So it does have it where you can set that up as a table if you wanted to. Also noticed your from Logan, so this is allowed then. Great find

Don't know if is legal but can't see why it wouldn't be. We decided to get rid of the stuff for the table but we do have one that we could put in it if we decide to.

That's pretty cool. Don't often find truck campers without the over-cab portion.

Amazing how well that fit the trailer.

I had actually considered doing a quick build by constructing a box the size of a truck bed and putting a utility cap on it. Find a camper top like this would be great, though.

That looks like Tennessee engineerin' to me.Around here you'll see all kinds of homemade campers.I've seen a couple of trailers made of truck beds with a camper similar to yours in it and some are pickup beds with a cap on top.Whatever it takes to go camping is good enough,I reckon.. :applause:

Good thinking! Fits your trailer perfectly and now you have a nice dry insulated space to sleep in while you are camping! Enjoy.
