I think you're right, Mike. It's that mad dash to get in one more camping trip before weather turns too cold or the rains/snow starts. In the Southern states, the weather has cooled enough to start camping again and they are probably excited about that.
I'd like to be at the Nevada gathering this weekend but my tow vehicle broke a part that wasn't in stock and it is being shipped from Michigan. Still, I'd really like to get in at least one more camping trip before I put the trailer in "Dry Dock" for the winter....
Maybe you could use the winter time to make bird houses and bird feeders or other such things out of leftover scrap wood. Then, you could sell them on Ebay or Craigslist or....? and maybe make a few extra bucks while you're in those dark, stormy winter days. You've got the talent and skills to be able to do it. Your little houses and feeders would have to catch the buyers' eye; but, you and Angie could come up with some unique ideas.

You could maybe make a couple and put them up for sale and see what happens....
