7x12 Cargo Conversion For Sale

I know most people on this board build their own campers but I thought perhaps someone would like what we have done. We finished our conversion last year in a 7x12 Featherlight cargo trailer and traveled for two months in it. Now life has moved us on to a new place and a busy life which doesn't leave us much if any time to use the camper. It is truly a four season camper with A/C and heat. We currently are in Colorado but will be moving to California in the next week or so.

Price? I don't have a clue what something like this is worth....I do know how much it cost to build unfortunately! Let me know what you think would be a fair price.

I know what I can afford maybe we can make a deal before you head west I have relatives in colorado springs.
