Cool idea !!! How about doing that Flat and then just wrap it like a big Taco ... There would be voids , but that’s what the canned foam is for eh ?

End of the year and all , it’s so nice to look back over the past here and see how far Foam trailers have come (been a while now ) .... Seems we’ve said most everything we can about Foam and how to make them ... all the foam "cards have been played on the table" ... We’ve All tested and re-tested to prove this really does work , and to find the best materials and methods ... Can’t imagine anything we haven’t covered eh ? Long running reports of durability have been most positive ! Mine’s still sitting outside , no problems , except the aesthetic problem of the HF paint turning Pink ... Pink and Camo = :R
Looking forward to the new year and further Foamie' developments .... Thanks Everybody !!!! :wine: :D

Have a good holiday and don't drink and drive like our Idaho Senator.

I can't stop laughing about that.

Now that’s done we can get back to Foamies ... ;)

Seeing Joe H’s BeeLine build and his mention of sanding brought to mind the last sanding episode (paddleboards) which was like a Blizzard of foam ... :frightened: Really Messy !!! Thinking about this , and looking around the HD , the thought occurred to make some type of (thrifty) sanding tool that could be attached to the shop vac...
Having heard that those sheetrock sanding “screens" are good for sanding foam , but yet untried by me , Maybe it would be possible to attach that to a vacuum cleaner floor attachment so all the dust would get sucked up , and not turn me into a snowman :o ... you folks ever thought about this ? Since we’re officially into Winter now , most of us will be working inside ... where the foam dust will get EVERYWHERE unless we do something to vac up the dust as it’s made .... just sayin’ ...

The other Thrifty alternative is to just have someone stand there with the vacuum , cleaning as you sand ... 2 person job ... :NC
