The reservation system changes at "midnight" so if you really are serious about getting a site, you can stay up late and reserve at 12:00:01am (EST).

You should be able to reserve all of your dates as soon as the first day is available.

That's 12:00:01 am on what day ? I'd hate to stay up on the wrong day I'm booking 2 or 3 sites and really want the same sites my family had last CRA

So can't wait

If the day of your arrival (eg July 25). You will be able to make your reservation after 12:00am on January 25. I've tried it to be sure it would let me reserve several days past the arrival and it appears to work just fine.

I made a "fake reservation" for July 17-29 to see what would happen..and it looks as if it would.

Give it a try but don't go through the "check out" procedure.

Just to get you fired up a little, here is a video that was shot in 2011 to promote the CRA 2011.

This was filmed on two different dates and then put together for the TV show. The part showing the trailers (Dan's and mine) was done a week earlier than the studio interview.

I though that the production team did a good job and made it look as if it was all done in "real time". The magic of TV.

We visited the park today. It seems quite nice! I was surprised there wasn't a single camper there, even though the skies were blue and the temperature was in the mid 50s, I'm kind of sad we didn't take ours with us and stay tonight.

Maybe next time.

We got our candidate sites picked out....and will be setting an alarm for midnight for the 25th

I think it's safe to say I'll have my camper finished way before this event and my local WBCCI has an event the weekend before this but I'm free the weekend of....really looking forward to seeing all these cool little campers and the wonderful people that love them.....so I will make my reservations and get to working on the camper....

It just allowed me to reserve my site. # 84. It wouldn't let me do it this morning. I'll be arriving Monday (or maybe Tuesday). Yippeeeee !!!

By the way...I tried to reserve after midnight and got an error message stating I had to wait until 12 pm on the day I wanted to reserve. Then I scrolled down the "fine print" on the reservation system and sure enough...it states " no reservations will be accepted after midnight". Be interesting if anyone else has this problem!
