In thinking about my electrical system, I am probably going to have and AC system that feeds a few outlets, and a DC system that runs the lights, radio, and a fan.
I was thinking of getting a converter, but they seem to be pretty expensive for my purposes. I already own a multi stage battery charger (I don't remember if it's 2 or 3).
My thought is that if we are in a campsite where we have power, I can just plug the charger in to one of the teardrops outlets and charge up the battery during the day when we are off doing our stuff, then use the juice during the evening and night. My eventual goal is to get a solar charging system in place, but that's not going to be in the initial build.
Any thoughts are appreciated as always.
