So.... what a friggen nightmare this counter top has been. I called Rustoleum about putting this product on wood floors when I was looking for a finish for the trailer floor and they said they do NOT recommend it because it did not flex at all so could peel because of that. I have seen multiple posts about guys using it without a problem so figured it would be fine on a counter top that had very little flex.
I got home tonight and gathered my supplies to put it down and I didn't have a small knap roller but had a heavy knap that I figured would work... I was wrong.

I mixed the epoxy as per the directions but only needed a small amount so used a small plastic cup mixing the 1 to 3 ratio and then waited the 45 min for the catylist to react and then dipped my roller into the tray and put the first roll out. Well that roller had been around for awhile and it looked like I dragged a shedding Golden Retriever across the countertop, hair everywhere.
I knew I had a nice brush I had just used but couldn't find it and was scrambling now looking for anything to use and found a sponge brush but by now the dog hair was setting up and when I brushed it I was pulling roller hair everywhere.

So I dumped a good amount out and used the foam brush to squeegee the paint around and was able to cover the fur and put a nice thick coat throughout.

We'll see what it looks like in the morning but as of know it looks fine!
