Terry, Thanks! Yes things are working out nicely with the Dinoots. We had a big milestone on Thursday, we went International! The first tub kit bound for Canada went out.

Work has been progressing slowly but surely not the Micro size prototype. Just wrapped up Durabak the interior and waiting for UPS to delivery a new batch of Durabak for doing the exterior.

Thanks TJ,the top sits on the trailer tub kind of like a pickup canopy on a truck bed.

I'm curious about the slide-out galley. How long is the camper? Was trying to figure out if it needs to be kept in the out position while camping to get complete use of the interior space?

Other than that, it's interesting that you'd put the galley on the driver's side of the camper.

Here is a quick overview of the assembly steps for putting a Dinoot trailer together using the Micro prototype I've been working on.

Start with the ready to roll frame


Then the Durabak'ed plywood floor is added


Next the floor panel is positioned on the floor


Then one side panel is added


Next the other side panel is added


Then the rear panel is added, in this case with the tailgate already attached


Finally here is a look from the rear with the fender flares added

The Micro prototype I've been working on is officially on the road. The bright yellow is getting lots of attention.

Have another type / size fiberglass tub kit in the works, it is a M416/M100 replica. It is designed to work on a modified HF frame kit and be a direct replacement for rusted out / beat up military trailer tubs.

Work on the prototype is wrapping up. What do people think?
