Just a heads up. Did you build the vent fan frame to match the screw pattern of a known fan? Despite the 14 inch standard size, and most people suggesting a 14-3/8 to 14-1/2 inch rough opening, what I found on my Maxx Vent brand fan is that the factory screw hole pattern is a bit wider still. This prompted me to use 2x2 surrounding my fan. you may want to take a closer look at this now, if you haven't already, to make sure that your vent fan screws will find wood.
I'm not familiar with other fan options. I suppose some do not come with the holes already in them, but if they do it would be worth looking into. 1x on edge isn't really a very big target.
Again, you are doing very nice work there!

I have the hurricane hinge installed on the roof side just to see if it would fit properly!! The fridge is in and wired the counter raises up there for access inside. I cut a panel to hide it and keep it looking classy! I have to do the cherry veneer which i should start soon but wanted to get as much as possible done so that I could do all the veneer at once! After that it is the trim work and figuring out how I want to stain and seal all of it!! I have not figured out exactly where I am going to put the 12 volt ports, the 115 volt plug and the light switches
