The staples are a good idea. I was also thinking about putting JB Weld on all the seams, but that is probably going to be $30 worth of JB Weld, and I am not sure it is needed...

I finished coating the bottom with contact cemented galvanized flashing and JB Welded and caulked the seams.


I then mounted the board on the frame and glued down the linoleum.


It is starting to feel like it just might be a camper one day

Oh yeah! Now it is looking like a teardrop when you can see the wheels! It is the same thing but man, it looks different somehow! It has a feeling of motion to it. Good job on the profile! I wish I coulda been there for the barn raising!

I kinda wished I had not gone flat on the roof like I did. I did it for interior space, but I really prefer the continuous curve like your roof profile has.

I think I have spent too much time staring at all of the lines and over analyzing everything though. It will look good when the paint is on I think.

When I look at it, I do not see a flat spot although I know it is there if that helps!

That flat roof ain't gonna make a bit -o- difference due to the cool radius on the edges once it glassed!

I am not sure I understand. Are you saying that I have a buckle in something?

Edit - Actually, I think I know what you are talking about. Right above the wheel there is a row of knots in my plywood that run from top to bottom. It kind of looks in the pictures like it might be buckled there. Fortunatly that is not the case. It is flat and straight from front to back.
