They weren't really bad, but they were, um, dogs! They woofed at any dogs that walked by with their masters. People didn't bother them too much. Charley wanted to charge each person coming up to get a look at the TD to body slam and get petted. At least he isn't jumping like he did when I first adopted him 3 yrs ago (he's a rescue). Buffy had some separation anxiety that seemed to increase each time I left for the bathroom or swimming pool. Not sure how to deal with that.
Buffy seemed to have high anxiety as she was panting heavily at all times no matter how cool the temps got. Charley was a cuddler in the camper and they both did well until 3 am each night when Buffy decided to sit on me. Not sure why she did that, but after settling them down again, all was well.
The campsites at the KOA were way too close, but the neighbors were very nice. One couple and I had a great time talking.
