A picture IS worth a thousand words !
Thanks, Bob.
Thomas, thanks always for dropping by.
I ran out of steam too early Friday evening but kept at it. Then I didn't want to get out of bed Saturday morning, but I have a deadline and this thing won't build itself.
My next-door neighbor Bob came over to help with the tough job of getting the now-bowed 3/4 ply floor into the wall dados. He glued then held the wall while I drilled then screwed them onto the sides of the floor.
As I post this it's the middle of the night and I can't sleep. Think it might have been the big ol' mug of coffee I had at 7:30 PM?...
So here're some pics:
Walls up -
Don't let your ply floor sit around for too long if not layed flat on the ground. This ACX began to bow, which made our job a little difficult...
On the ground - (that headboard curve just kinda happened. The piece was too tall and we talked about best sealing the front of the tarp for travelling, so here we are, with this...)
Next is a piece of 1/4" ply for the rear wall, chassis wiring and some paint.
Okay, I'm going back to bed.
