My brother used to have a 308I (and yes I had it, and my wife's I30,up to 130). He was getting off the fwy more than a bit too fast, lost control, did a 180, and ended up on the side of the offramp unscathed. Of course, all of this was viewed by one of "California's Finest" who moseyed over after the dust settled. His only comment: "I'm surprised you hung on to it as long as you did". They both drove off shaking their heads (but my brother reports his knees were still knocking!).
As I remember it was a bit hard to get used to shifting it, was noisey, and hot inside w/o a/c.
