Made this set for the chuck wagon and added a mount so they can also be used on the 4x7 teardrop!

I have mounted an additional 'rail' on the opposite side of the TD so this table can be used there also; if I ever find another piece of 'scrap' 3/4" birch ply I'll make an additional table for that side...
Image

This table 'base' is hinged to the sidewall of the galley, & table folds up for storage/travel

Giving credit where credit is due, here's Becca's side table dish washing center......

Image

I stole this idea and added the recessed tubs with covers so I could use it as a smooth counter when needed.

Bobhenry, there is a lot of people in the world limping around due to your builds, lol. Walkers, crutches...looking for canes and wheelchairs in your next build

these look like a quick and fun build that will be very practical for any type of trailer

I have and idea for one that mounts on my rear barn style door that will hold a clothes rack based on the same thing as my sink. chuckles.

bbarry's slide-out/fold-out idea from his build thread:

In your second picture, how does that supporting rod anchor to the trailer?

There are still some of the Thule RV ones floating around.

Image

I normally make them out of 1/2" baltic birch with a 1x1 strip around the edges attached with a mating track.

I just have a hole drilled in the siding (sealed w/epoxy) & a matching hole in the support, place a 5/16 bolt thru the holes, remove & store in galley box when not in use. The support rod is hinged to the bottom of the table.
