So I had an idea for a light weight camping device the link above will lead you to my thread I was wondering about crossing a small trailer to spend the night in but to have it on skis or sliders easily towable by snowmobile myself or my dogs..could greatly use your input or drawings ;) ;) I'm at a major loss of design my mind is just boggled trying to think of an idea

I agree with GPW. By glueing to paint you are allowing two surfaces that could fail instead of one. We know that GG works well. In general gluing to paint will fail.

Now if gluing to a surface which is designed to bond to the surface it is on, such as fiberglass, it might be a lot different story.

I like that I'm figuring it could be a little longer I have been watching some of the sleds that run on the Iditarod and they are huge but most usually pack tents and other shelters So the idea was if you could spend the night right there in the sleigh As for dimensions I'm sure that doesn't really matter as long as it could be moved easily I talked to another person and the mentioned a blimp like structure above it to help lighten the load now I'm not sure about going that far but just more food for thought

ok just had a thought of how either the winter warrior or another one where the trailer splits in half and hinges upward so that you can stand up inside...

Figured I'd throw this out there: we wouldn't want to stay on topic for too long...

I came home Thurs night and my older dog (8 y.o. Shep/Elkhound) couldn't walk. She had lost all of her balance and was stumbling and staggering like a drunk. She was holding her head tilted 90 degrees to one side and her eyes were flicking back and forth.
In a person, one would think of a stroke.

Turns out it's called vestibular syndrome.
They don't know what causes it, there's no treatment for it, and when it subsides (after days or weeks), it leaves no lasting effects.
Just a neurological oddity...

That's what I had pictured in my minds eye (kinda) but I love the way you can illustrate it!!!

That almost sounds like me when I woke up this morning. Bad balance and leaned real bad to my left. I must have looked like a drunk walking about, hitting walls.

LOL

Hehe...Captain Morgan put the boots to ya last night ?
I've had a few Sunday mornings like that myself.

Knowing it's not harmful to the dog and will go away with no lasting effects, it's pretty funny to watch her...
